Owls Class

Welcome to Owls class!

We are a class of some Year 5 and all Year 6 children.

Our teacher is Mrs Bourton and Mrs Leggett and our teaching assistants are Mrs Allanson and Miss Aston. 

PE

Mrs Leggett teaches us P.E. on Wednesday afternoons. 

Homework

Homework tasks are set and handed in on Monday each week.

Spelling

Spelling tests are Monday each week with new spelling words being sent home on the same day.

As some of the oldest children in the school we take our responsibilities very seriously. We strive to model exemplary behaviour and the Year 6 children are able to act as buddies to the reception children in Rabbits class. We make sure we focus on working hard as well as having fun during our lessons too. We are House Captains in Year 6 and help to lead the younger children in activities throughout the year. Year 5 children have the opportunity to be part of School Council and library monitors.
